Like many people, I spent years trying to make progress with weight loss and trying to tone up and repeatedly failed. I wasted so much time trying to reach my fitness goals, hitting dead ends time after time. Then, in 2020 when the pandemic hit and we entered our first lockdown, I had a lot of time on my hands and was determined to figure out where I'd been going wrong. I knew there had to be a way to reach my goals. Now I want to share that with others.
