Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise, fitness and nutrition, as it's written by someone who also started out as a complete beginner.
Do you have to have a gym membership?
No! I also offer an At Home Edition of the guide, which comes with all the same tips and added extras as the Gym Guide.
Will I have to follow a diet plan?
At Simple Lifestyle & Fitness, I don’t believe in diets. They aren’t sustainable! I’ll show you how to take control of your own nutrition, so that you can still eat the things you love, without hindering your progress.
What kind of results can I expect?
It all depends on you! Consistency is key. How fast you see results depends on the time and effort you put in! However, if you follow the instructions laid out in How to Master Weight Loss, you will start to see your body composition change. Think less body fat and more lean, toned muscle!
